Responding to your request

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, company and application needs. Country, purchasing quantity and WhatsApp are optional. Your request is sent to Alex to answer product, document, sample or quotation questions. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing.

The form includes the current page and campaign identifiers, when present, to explain the source of your request. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential formulations. The website inquiry database retains requests and delivery references for up to 90 days; email correspondence may be retained for the business relationship or required records. Ask Alex to correct or delete information, subject to necessary business records.

Security and delivery

A necessary session cookie supports anti-spam validation. A hidden spam field, request limits and submission references help prevent abuse and duplicate delivery. Email-server acceptance does not prove inbox delivery; retain your reference if you need to follow up.

Optional measurement

Optional measurement runs only after you allow it. It distinguishes successful form acceptance, email clicks and WhatsApp clicks. Clicks do not mean a qualified purchasing inquiry. With permission, first-touch campaign information is stored for this browser session. Your preference is stored in your browser; you can change it below.

No advertising conversion upload is enabled by this page. Qualification and any future offline conversion sharing require a separate configuration and appropriate permissions.
